Bike your way to this location to enjoy a magnificent scene of early morning sun behind the line of docked boats perched at the marina, with The Sea Glass Carousel one one side and the Staten Island Ferry’s Whitehall Terminal on the other. The park has its own dining at Garden Cafes. You might have to wait a few hours to enjoy the scrumptious menu of the cafe but rest assured that it’s worth the wait! It is open from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m., giving you an opportunity to catch that gorgeous sunset along with the sunrise!

Having a long historical past dating back to the American revolution, the park offers a quiet and peaceful place to watch the sunset during those early hours of dawn. It further has playgrounds, eateries, and swimming pools to ensure the rest of your day is fun-filled and adventurous. There are several other magical spots to explore including 10th Avenue Square and Overlook, Chelsea Thicket and 26th Street Viewing Spur. There is elevator and ramp access, and bathrooms are located at certain entry and exit points.
