Nice hotel, possibly need some upgrade

Great location and very convenient access to airport and other parts of Bali. The room was big, comfortable and clean. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice pool with a bar.

The breakfast was average. Some of the foods served in the hot food section were not warm. Also the breakfast area was too hot.

Nice time to relax!

The hotel is beautiful, very confortable room. Nice pool and bar at the pool. The staff is very smiley/ lovelly.

The beach in front of the hotel is not so pleasant. The smell of fuel from the boats and jetskis is very strong. It's not inviting. The pool is good, but very deep. There is no need to be 170cm dive both sides. Only in the middle is ok (110cm). In the deep parts I had to stay on tiptoe (I'm 171 cm).

Overall quite ok, but better options within this price range

- Nice and spacious Balinese style villas - Decent food - Nice pool

- Super annoying noise coming from skijets all day (you dont have it in front of resorts further south) - Absolutely ridiculous towel policy. We were asked to pay 25 Euros cause we forgot to bring two plastic cards (which we left in the room) - Zero replies from reservation team via Booking messanger app

The room is very nice & very Balinese. The hotel has a lot for kids to do, lot of restaurant to pick from and the spa was great. Great selection of breakfast.

Kids club is very small, dirty and not up to date and there is no one attend. The general facilities need to be updated & clean, as well as its general toilet. A lot of the game is not maintain & spoilt, eg pool table, dart, playground etc. Beach not very good for swimming.

Buffet breakfast was lovely

Room was very dark due to bad lighting. Couldnt read, my husband had difficulty shaving and putting makeup on was hit n miss. Pool was set at high temperature. Pool service was non existent. Exec etc
