- Beware of monkeys, they can be quite troublesome during the trip.- Winters are excruciatingly cold but beautiful at the same time, so carry heavy woolens if travelling during the season.- Avoid travelling during monsoon season as the area faces excessive landslide and poor road conditions.

Unexplored part of Uttarakhand. At a very close distance from the infamous Nainital. Perfect place for campers who want to enjoy quite evenings near a beautiful lake. Migratory birds make up for a perfect view.

  What's not so Great?

Not many accommodations are available here. Most of the restaurants only serve North Indian dishes.

For Whom

Anyone who wants to explore Uttarakhand beyond its famous hill stations must visit Sattal. Due to its tranquil ambience and all-season availability, you can enjoy here with your family or loved one.
