Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum, San Diego Overview
This Marine corps museum has marine aircrafts and artifacts on display. One can go around looking for tours with professionals describing the aircraft and also enjoy the view of the museum. This place hosts multiple events like the Picnic with a Pilot, Open Cockpit Days, Military Working Dogs Events, Military Art-NASA Logos Exhibits and the Student Art Exhibit. All these events are free and there is no entry fee as well. The outdoor exhibit has 31 aircrafts, multiple vehicles and indoor galleries for the display of art work, photographs, uniforms and artefacts.
