Taman Wetlands, Putrajaya Overview

The Putrajaya Wetlands Park, also known as Taman Wetlands, is well known as the largest artificially constructed freshwater wetlands. The park itself spreads across a large area of 138 hectares and houses some of the rarest indegenous species of flora and fauna growing in this region.

The lush green foliage and the rainforest act as the green lungs of the nation. With more than 100 species of birds residing in the Putrajaya Wetland Park, it also emerges as one of the most popular birdwatching sites in the city.

The mini nature trails and the signature botanical garden cum nursery allow the more adventurous visitors to go around and explore the park freely and gives them the perfect escape from the busy city life.
