Marina Putrajaya, Putrajaya Overview

Marina Putrajaya, formerly known as Maritime Centre, is a leisure and sports complex situated by Putrajay Lakeside at Precinct 5. The complex is a popular extreme water sports & training centre for sports enthusiasts.

Marina Putrajaya has held various famous events like Magic of the Night and Putrajaya Red Bull International Air Race Championship. To promote a healthy lifestyle, it houses a gymnasium and aerobic hall.

The Marina a spectacular place for holding events by the lakeside and provides different halls for this purpose. To cater to your appetite, the complex has a cafe and a Japanese Restaurant as well. It has over 300 parking bays available for free.

Things to Do at Marina Putrajay

Indoor

Gymnasium & Aerobic Hall: Workout in the gymnasium with all the latest equipment for RM 20 per hour. The full air-conditioned aerobic hall with floor-length mirrors is also available at the same cost. Personal coaching lessons are provided at RM 65 per session.
Indoor Swimming Pool: Beat the heat and access Putrajaya's only public indoor swimming pool for RM 5 per session (adults) and RM 3 per session (kids). The training classes by certified instructors start from RM 180 per month.
Steam Room & Sauna: A great place for relieving stress and anxiety by experiencing a rejuvenating steam bath at RM 15 per 45 minutes.
Snooker & Pool: For a fun gaming session, 2 tables each of Snooker and Pool are available on the first floor of the east wing building. Snooker costs RM 12 per hour and Pool costs RM 10 per hour. Dart boards have also been put up for extra fun.
Squash Court: Two squash courts are there at Marina Putrajaya for those who love this engaging sport. You can play squash at RM 15 per hour.
Karaoke Room: Meant for families, small gatherings and birthday parties, Karaoke Room can accommodate 15 persons at a time. It is available at RM 50 per hour. It even offers drinks and light snacks for 4 persons at maximum.

Marina Services
Marina services and facilities include wet berthing, slipway, jetties, boat and equipment storage.

Extreme Water Sports
Marina Putrajaya is a centre of a large number of watersports like canoeing, water skiing, kayaking, flyboards, sailing and dragon boat racing. Even coaching lessons are provided for these extreme water sports activities.

The Dragon Boat Training program is quite popular among agencies and corporations. The timings are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Musical Fountain

The Musical Fountain at Marina Putrajaya is an impressive water show with the fountains dancing in sync with the music beats along with colourful shining lights. The spectacular patterns that the fountains create are a treat to the eyes.

This watershow is held every weekend in the evening.
