Anjung Floria, Putrajaya Overview

Anjung Floria located in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman is one of the most beautifully designed gardens in Malaysia. Pebbled paths, mini bridges and lush vegetation sprout throughout the garden alongside the incredibly vibrant range of flowers.

What makes Anjung Floria unique is the countless flower festivals hosted throughout the year along with the numerous zones offered by it - starting with the Magical Gardens and The Magic of Bonsai and Suiseki Exhibition to the Musical Gardens, Tropical Magic ina Glass and the Secret Theme Garden, followed by the Royal Garden, the Designer Garden, the Tea Party Garden and the magnificent Annual International Orchid Competition which allows visitors to check out some of the rare, imported orchids from different parts of the world.

  • Every year, Anjung Floria hosts a splendid garden festival known as the Royal Floria Putrajaya which features some of the most unique flowers each year and has a special theme set up for it such as the Magical World of Floria which celebrated the incredible variety of the Chrysanthemum flower.

  • The China Malaysia Friendship Garden stands as a symbol of the strong bilateral ties between Malaysia and China, and is thus, decorated with elements heavily inspired by the Malaysian and Chinese architectural styles.

  • Anjung Floria also celebrates the Royal Putrajaya Flower and Garden Festival which is one of the most beautiful and vibrant flower fests in the country. With special stall booths and exhibition centers to display some of the rarest flowers from across the globe, and a number of fun and interactive sessions with the visitors.

How to Reach Anjung Floria

Metro: Taking a transit metro to reach Anjung Floria is quite a viable means to reach the destination. You can hop into the RapidKL trains at the Masjid Jamek LRT Station. The train line 7 trains will drop you off right near Anjung Floria Putrajaya. It is both an economic as well as a convenient means to commute.

Bus: Bus line L05 have buses plying at frequent intervals and will drop you off at the bus stop closest to Anjung Floria which is about 3 to 5 minutes of walking distance from there.

Train: You can also opt to take the regular trains to reach the location. There are many train stations connected to different lines intersecting near Anjung Floria. Some of the nearest train stations are- Dataran Rakyat which is about 900 meters from the destination and about 12 minutes of walking distance from there; Opposite to Ministry of Youth and Sports which is 759 meters from Anjung Floria and about 10 minutes walking distance to the place; and, the Department of Civil Aviation which is 818 meters from the place and about 11 minutes of walking distance.
