Flushing Meadows Park, New York City Overview

Flushing Meadows Corona Park, better known as Flushing Meadows Park is the best park in New York to take a relaxing stroll or ride bicycles. It is located in Flushing Bay, in the northern part of Queens in New York City.

The Flushing Meadows Natatorium is a 110,000-square-foot building located in the park. It has an Olympic size pool and an ice rink. Entry to the pool is free to children under 18 and a one-day pass for adults costs $10 (Rs. 735). The Queens Zoo in the park is home to 75 animal species that are native to America. The entry fee to the zoo is $8  (Rs. 590) for adults and $5 (Rs. 370)  for children below 13. You can also rent pedal boats, kayaks, and bikes from Ederle Terrace. 

One can park for free on the street near the park. It also offers sports fields, playgrounds, wi-fi hotspots, and bathrooms.
