The Bass, Miami Overview

The history of the Bass Museum of Art dates back to 1964 when John and Johannas Bass donated their private collection of artworks to the city of Miami. Under the excellence of famous architect Arata Isozaki, the museum was renovated in 2017 consisting of four new exotic galleries, a museum store, an attached cafe, and an education facility center for visitors of all ages to educate about the exhibits. You can find glimpses of international contemporary art scattered around accompanied with exhibits of historic objects. You can see exemplary work of art amalgamated with the concept of contemporary culture, fashion, and architecture. The exhibition keeps on rotating every 3 or four months depending on its schedule.
