Fun Valley Rides

The extensive park offers 21 exciting rides to choose from, out of which four are found only here in all of the continent. Few of the rides at the park are Dragon Coaster, Water Slides, Dodgem Cars, Go Karting and Wave Pool which is the largest in any water park in North India. The waterpark offers Kiddies' Pool and Lazy River, rides that are hugely popular amongst children and young adults. Similarly, the amusement park offers the Baby Train, Octopus Ride, the Fress Bee and the Dragon Coaster!

Amenities at Fun Valley

Fun Valley amusement park stands right to its name, offering world-class entertainment to adults and children alike. Swimsuits are given on rent and the washrooms are pretty clean, with lockers and their respective keys assigned to the visitors. It offers extremely convenient facilities such as a multi-cuisine restaurant, shopping complex, a highway motel, cloakroom and satisfying accommodation such as luxurious cottages and boarding rooms make it a holiday goer's paradise.

Accommodation facilities include Deluxe Room at INR 2490, Super Deluxe Room at INR 3490 and Dome at INR 2490 respectively. The tariffs apply on a general basis and are subject to availability and season rates.

Best Time to Visit Fun Valley

Although you can visit the amusement park and resort anytime of the year, it would serve better not to head over during the monsoon as it can turn out to be pretty clammy.

Summer months between March and June are the best times to visit Fun Valley as the skies are clear and sunny, perfect for a cold dip! The temperature during these months varies from 18 degrees Celcius to 35 degrees Celcius.

1. Be sure to take care of your belongings and valuables before commencing on a ride frenzy. One solution would be to check in your luggage or belongings beforehand by checking in to a lodging room or a cottage!
2. Special rates apply for group bookings such as for a group of 50 people and above, corporate outings and social groups.
3. Special timings apply during summer - April (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) & May (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

How To Reach Fun Valley

Fun Valley amusement park is located at a distance of approximately 30 kilometres from Dehradun and Haridwar on the Dehradun-Haridwar highway (National Highway 72). Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world, is 20 kilometres from Fun Valley. It is easily accessible by road from the three cities. The routes are incredibly scenic as the location is set in the foothills of the magnificent Himalayan mountain range, bound to enthral you all along the journey.

Today I visited fun valley with my family. It was such a horrible experience there that I can't forget my whole life. My husband got head injury there due to their bad quality tube. While doing adult (Read More) ride his tube get burst n nobody from staff was there to protect him. His head hit on the area in front of the exit of slide which they people for saying covered with tyres. But they are also not properly tied. Thats why his head hit with iron angle. Very disappointed place. Pls don't ever go there if u love ur family

The water in Fun Valley is not very clean and is muddy at places. Make sure to take care of your belongings. Food is available within the premises itself. There are also places of stay within Fun Val (Read More)ley, so if you want you can stay here for the night. However, the hotels and guest houses are definitely cheaper in other areas of Dehradun. Both water and non-water rides are available. There is also a 5-D theatre. It is advisable to carry your own swimsuit if you do not wish to pay an additional amount for hiring or purchasing one. If your team consists of kids, then be certain that they are going to have a great time here.
