Lionel Wendt Art Centre, Colombo Overview

Lionel Wendt Art Centre is a major art gallery and theatre in Colombo, erected in the memory of the Sri Lankan photographic artist Lionel Wendt. The cultural venue combines art exhibitions and live theatre, with two exhibit galleries dedicated to painting, sculpture and photography. The theatre has over 600 seats and airs dramas, ballet and music performances. A cafeteria is also available, serving snacks, sweets and beverages.
