Sky Bar and Sirocco sit on the upper floors of State Tower (lebua at State Tower) in Bang Rak, Bangkok, roughly 820 feet above the Chao Phraya River. Sky Bar's illuminated circular counter and Sirocco's open-air dining deck are best known internationally for a scene in The Hangover Part II (2011), which inspired the venue's own "Hangovertini" cocktail. A live jazz band plays through the evening, and the terrace has hosted what organizers call the world's highest New Year's Eve countdown since 2015. Both venues are currently open daily.
