Iconsiam, Bangkok Overview

It was constructed to commemorate King Taksin’s 250th year of accession to the throne. The museum houses many rich, cultural artefacts and route maps and depicts the biography of King Taksin’s reign that traces the golden era.
Chao Phraya River
The visitors are also enthused to walk in the River Park to catch the scenic views of Chao Phraya River. The ‘light & sound’ dancing water fountain is imaginatively named as ICONIC Multimedia Water Feature. This dancing water fountain evokes much tourist-interest as it happens to be the longest fountain in South East Asia, spanning 400 meters. The water creates incredible 2D, 3D and 4D images, ultimately scattering as tiny flowers against the backdrop of the night sky.

How To Reach IconSiam
Most visitors take the BTS or Skytrain to IconSiam by reaching Krung Thonburi BTS Station and departing via Exit 1. A shuttle van, available every 15 minutes, takes the passengers to the spectacular Icon Siam. Others prefer to use Exit 2 from Saphan Taksin BTS Station to utilize the shuttle boat service departing from Sathorn Pier for the destination every 10 minutes.
