    The staff were very friendly and were ready to fullfill al our requests. The breakfast food was ok. The housekeeping could be better though. Overall it was a good value for money.

    The pool is amazing, used it every night after we got home. Hotel pools usually close at 7-8 pm but this one being private you can use at any time.
    There is room for improvement. The AC is very loud, you cannot leave it on during the night. Without AC during the night its getting VERY hot. Also a lot of noise from outside because the windows and doors do not close completely. The cleaning is maximum 7/10.

    Cant wait to return.
    I loved the huge comfortable bed, the bath tub, the shower, the private pool, the fact the tv can swing around too.
    I enjoyed it all.

    Stay was nice but could have been better
    Location is good walking distance from Kuta art market and beach. Property is clean, pool is nice.
    there was foul smell in bathroom at regular interval, thus had to be sprayed. There was sanitation drain overflow in front of Hotel. Breakfast variety was limited. Local coffee was included but Other coffee like Cafe Latte was chargeable

    I love the ambience, the private pool, the privacy and the customer service of the staff like Pande and Yoga.
    The door seems outdated. Improve the key lock. And also the choices of breakfast is too limited.
