Disappointing

Please upgrade the room change the bed dan the pillow.

Friendly staff

Primier Room not worth at all. The bed is old , pillow flat . smelly towels. Use to have variety breakfast . Staying for 5 nights with the same breakfast.

Amazing hotel, definitely for a getaway not for a long time stay due to the room not being very spacious

Amazing hotel and very quiet. Good tv facilities. Very busy area / location.

Buffet choice was quite limited and repetitive. Deluxe Room not very spacious if you have more than 1 small suitcase and/or children hence the price for money not being worth it.

Enjoyable stay, but there is room for improvement

The swimming pools are nice and have sufficient shade to hide from the sun when you are chilling in the pools. Plenty of sun loungers as well.

Disappointed with the beach as there were many dead corals and trash, unable to swim. The resort should do some cleaning up since it's deemed as a private beach. Breakfast peak hour, find it difficult to get an empty table just have to wait and grab it fast when you see one. Best to leave something at the table to indicate it's taken, if not someone else will take over it unknowingly. Bathroom lack of hooks and hangers. Apparently, only 2 hooks were installed in the toilet enclosure instead in the spacious shower area. Suggest to install more if you have more than 2 guests staying in the room.

Nice resort. Love the rooms with the splash pools. I love the cultural activities and lobby.

This is an older property but still well maintained with immaculate grounds.

The pizzas at the restaurant are not to the quality of other five star restaurants. The pizza should have a puffy crust and be thin in the middle. This seemed uncooked in three middles.

Good stay in Bali, very near beach, staff is wonderful, breakfast is great, room is big and nice.

Room is big, my family stay in the 2 bedroom residence, daily snack were provided, the staff at the pool area did good work, a nicely hand made hat using leaves were wonderfully done for my grandson. Breakfast is wide spread and good.

The traffic were congested during peak hour, but I think that is unavoidable.
