This place was fantastic. We had a gorgeous bungalow up the back, it was so much bigger than we expected, with an amazing view overlooking rice fields. The bathroom was also very big, with an indoor and outdoor shower and a bath that easily accommodates 2 without feeling squished. Breakfast is also fantastic. They have a range of different massages in their spa, which were very reasonably priced. This was our first visit to Sideman and definitely wished we booked longer Overall, I could not fault this place, can't wait to return

Nice view but management can improve

Beautiful scenery and beautiful rooms. Most staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. After some prompting, hand holding, issues are resolved as quickly as possible.

First day the air condition and ceiling fan didnt work. We wouldnt have seen this as a major issue if the staff had taken the issues seriously. What I didnt like was the receptionists attitude. The fact that the receptionist didnt seem to be concerned or even trying to solve the issues. Only after I made a fuss, gave the receptionist suggestions on what they need to do, and asked to talk to the manager that finally a technician came over and an interim solution given. I spent a good afternoon on this issue.
