Excellent

We were pleasantly surprised to see how big the room and bathroom were. There was a chair, a desk, a closet, almost everything you need. They did not have a cot for the baby but she slept with us and it was fine. The bed was spacious enough, and our baby is only 4 months old. We loved the pool and little garden with fish. Overall very beautiful and quiet area. Every bungalow seemed to have an outdoor small seating area, place to hang wet clothes. The hotel is off the main road and it Im sure it keeps a lot of the traffic and party noise away. Very close to shops and restaurants, about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Excellent value for money.

Lots of mosquitoes but its their fault. Just a warning for future guests. The hotel actually provided a mosquito repellent and mosquito net over the bed.

Very good

It was great value to stay here, beautiful pool and gardens, top location.

Such a beautiful garden and pool area. The rooms were quite rustic but really cool and traditional. I really liked it. It was excellent value. There was a great spa next door too called Edelweis.

The names of the rooms confused us a little. Sometimes there was a weird smell from the bathroom.

The decor was interesting and the landscape was very well done.

Extremely noisy location. Can hear scooters and motorbikes all night. People nearby talking, laughing and shouting till 2am. Worse, the property has constant electricity problem. There was 3 electricity trips in one day. It tripped around 12am. No lights no aircond. I woke up and went downstairs to look for security or night staff. There was none. I sat downstairs waiting for a response for 20 minutes while mosquitoes ate me. Then I decided to call the telephone number listed on their website. I called several time and there was no answer. I then called the telephone number of the sister property (Melati Bali Homestay) and there was no answer. Later I realised they were the same number. Out of desperation around 12.45am I looked at my Booking.com reservation and there was a phone number. I called and thank goodness a lady answered (but sounded like she just woke up). I told her and she said wait and put down the phone. Around 1am someone came and the lights came on. By this time I was wide awake. With all the noises I only went to sleep at around 4am. I was woken up.at 8 by the construction all around Melati 2. There must have been 4 construction sites around Melati!!! Amazingly around 10am, as I turned on the shower and was about to take a shower, the electricity tripped again, and the shower stopped working. Thank goodness I hadn't shampooed my hair yet! I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone as it is extremely noisy and the electricity keeps tripping. Also the bathroom is run down and dirty.

Hidden spot, relaxing place perfect to chill but be close to all the restaurants and bars you need.

Amazing location, very friendly staff and helpful, clean rooms, little peaceful hidden place in the middle of busy Canggu.

Great home stay once construction is completed

Beautiful home stay with lots of greenery. The location is good and normally would be calm. However, there is construction work at the moment next to it. Friendly staff.

Shower was a bit spotty. Normally location would be great but during weekdays there is a construction next to it, which was loud until 11pm. The owner tried to call them and provided earplugs. On Sunday it was totally silent. So not really their fault, but still annoying.

Very good

The location is great,near by the Canggu center but not so crowded,in the alley,so thats very quiet . This place presents an impactful local architectural style that is very culturally distinctive. And those staffs are very friendly and helpful!

Very good

Cozy place, I enjoyed my stay here.

The accomodation is in the small alley in the mist of Canggu with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes around. It's very convenient to walk around the area. The staffs are friendly and supportive. Bed is comfy and the room was cleaned every day.

The toilet was a bit of a problem when it couldn't flush properly. It's also a wooden door so you could hear everything outside.
