I just spend a night in alila. I love the hotel it self but the price is too much!

The property is too pricey and the facilities are not that good. For example, gym equipment is outdated and in poor condition. The lack of proper maintenance and investment in the facilities is disappointing. The property should consider upgrading its amenities to match the high price they charge.

The view and pool are amazing! I could spend hours just gazing out at the breathtaking scenery. The crystal-clear water of the pool is so inviting, it's hard to resist taking a dip. Whether it's during the day or at night, the view from here never fails to impress. I feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem of a place.

The only thing that was embarassing for this level of hotel was wi-fi connection.

Staff was most helpful and caring. My husband and I both came down with Bali Belli and staff kept checking in on us asking if we could like them to call a medical practitioner
