The facilities and the amenities were great . It was beautiful and clean.

Pool safety- Pool safety rails for climbing are loose ans can create accident. Pool chair/Day chair are.of inferior quality.

Nice hotel !!

Nice new hotel, AC is very very cold which is really nice. Some hotel they set the AC with certain limit which is really disappointing. I will give a perfect 10/10 if the reservation team is doing their job

We book from early June and personally call the reservation to ensure that we have a connecting room and with ocean view room. But when we arrived, they did not assigned us on connecting room. At the end they give us a connecting room but with a very poor view.

This resort is 5 stars for providing their guests with food poisoning and poor service.

Breakfast needs to be varied. They mainly catered to meat and pork eaters. A lot of their food wasnt labelled either so youre guessing just by the look of it. Since they have a lot of Muslims guests, they should think to include some halal options or more vegan / vegetarian options at the very least.

DO NOT EAT HERE, especially the fish. They dont know how to cook it properly and gave my husband food poisoning. He was bed ridden for the whole stay. When the manager was notified, he showed no sympathy or even offered to give us a refund as a gesture of good will but rather kept trying to force my husband to eat more food! Till this day, this apparently 5 star resort refuse to acknowledge their poor customer service and have been lying to save their reputation by saying the manager offered a doctor which is completely untrue.

My wife and I loved our stay we enjoyed the pools and spa. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome we looked forward to it every morning. Great atmosphere!
