Communication and cooperation from Mr Hemant and arrangements were very good
Hotel bookings confirmation mail should be sent to customer because sometimes direct communication with hotel required in case of very late arrival at hotel like midnight arrival for arrangements accordingly

I would like to commend Hemants ability to be able to communicate, throughout the journey he was very responsive and quick.
The accommodation selection was not the best, in Munnar the hotel was going through renovation and in trivandrum the hotel although 4 star had 1 star rating by customers - the service was pathetic. On the way car had aircon issues.

Hey, I planned my Kerala trip with Hemant Bhai from Holidify, and it was truly wonderful. Along with him, our driver, Sajan Uncle, was very supportive; he guided us on what was good and what would be the best experience, and planned the trip accordingly. One day was a strike (due to timing/schedule), but they managed to cover as much as possible the next day. I am very satisfied that my trip was (Read More) successful. Bcz of strike. 1 day trip is spoil and some sport are not cover, but not in our or your hands . So thats ok .
