What's Good: We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Gateway Destination, and I have to say a big thank you to Hemant for organizing everything so beautifully. Our trip took us through (Read More)Guwahati, Meghalaya, Sikkim, and then to Bandhavgarh in Madhya Pradesh—and yes, we saw tigers, which was such a thrill! The tiger hunting a jackal and chasing him is a very rare sighting.From there, we went on to Prayagraj, Dehradun, Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Mussoorie. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. A special shoutout to Hemant and Prashant, who personally accompanied us from Delhi by train to Katni and then onwards to Bandhavgarh. Their presence was a huge support. They also joined us to Prayagraj and made sure our experience at the Triveni Sangam was truly special—arranging the boat and helping us take a dip at the confluence. It was a moment we’ll always remember. The drivers throughout were courteous and reliable, the sightseeing was thoughtfully planned, and the hotels were all excellent . We always felt comfortable safe, and well looked after. This trip was a big one, and Gateway Destination made sure it went off without a hitch. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to explore India in a meaningful, well-organized way. — A happy customer

We found ourselves in the midst of a conflict between the travel agent and their transportation contractor conflict... an unpleasant experience in riding a vehicle without AC till such time we called the travel agent to intervene

What's Good: Sonamarg and the Srinagar tulip garden
What's Not Good: There was too much of anti-India commentary by the driver with regard to the heavy presence of military. We did n (Read More)ot find anything intimidating.... we actually felt assured and safe. We were also being repeatedly advised to deal with local agents from Kashmir instead of the one we came through.

What's Good: We are happy with Sachika hotels stay only, remaining stays are not standard for every stays we faces issues.one appreciable thing in travel agency is listening to our concerns in (Read More) each stays and try to solve the concern,
What's Not Good: Continuous replacement of vehicle drivers in assam and kaziranga makes us uncomfortable and unsatisfied,no itenary details communicated to drivers properly ,drivers at meghalaya, cheerapunji and darjeeling are good.

What's Good: Well arranged by Hemant on the hotels, transportations and to the interesting places/temples. Very caring and with follow-up calls from time to time. Arranged very good drivers at (Read More) different locations. As foreigners, we feel very safe and homely travelling with Gateways Destination. Will definitely contact them again for my future travels and will also introduce GATEWAYS DESTINATION N to our friends and families. Thank You Hemant and your staff for the memorable trip.

The hotels arranged for us were comfortable and well-maintained, homestay at Chirapunjee was not up to our expectation... Driver, Mr. Manik was also good..he was not only skilled and cooperative but also very supportive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey. We travelled to North Sikkim and Darjeeling with Leisure and Vacations Travel Company. No doubt, it was well organised and proper care have been taken at all the places. Since we were a group of more (Read More)than 10 passengers along with senior citizens so we travelled in 2 seperate vehicles and fortunately both the drivers were very good.
