Tokyo DisneySea, Tokyo Overview
The more design-led of the two Tokyo Disney parks, themed around ports of call rather than a castle, and the one adults tend to prefer. Fantasy Springs opened in June 2024 as an eighth port, adding Frozen, Rapunzel and Peter Pan areas. Tickets are date-specific and park-specific, so one will not get you into Disneyland next door. Both parks are in Chiba, not Tokyo.
Tokyo's DisneySea is one of the most impressive theme parks around the world with many references to ocean and sea myths, and many Disney themed ports, like the Mermaid Lagoon and The Mediterranean Harbour.
