Blue Spring State Park, Orlando Overview

Located in Orange City, the Blue Spring State Park is a popular nature spot and especially famous for the manatees that visit the park in the winters due to the warmer temperature in the cold months. For these animals, a festival also takes place in January named the Manatee festival to celebrate them. You can also witness various other fish and a variety of birds throughout the park.

Some activities include hiking on the Pine Island trail that is 4.5-mile long, canoeing or kayaking in the river with the rental services and snorkelling or scuba-diving in the clear waters of the St. Johns River. You can also enjoy camping in the grounds or go swimming and witness the wonders of nature in the park. Wheelchair access is provided and pets are also allowed in certain areas.
