The beach is open for 24 hours except for restrooms, playgrounds, parking lot etc. It also puts out certain rules to protect the turtles, turtle nests or turtle hatchlings.

The pass for entering the park can be collected at either Apollo Beach or Playalinda Beach and can be valid for a lifetime or for 12 months.
