Adam's Fountain, Ooty Overview
Adam's Fountain is a fountain situated at the Charing Cross junction in Ooty. It was built in 1886 as a memorial to the then Governor of Ooty, with the construction cost of between INR 13,000 and INR 14,000 collected through public funding. It remains an important landmark in the town.
