The closest railway station is the Nizamuddin railway station, New Delhi from where you can take a taxi or an auto for about Rs. 200. Or you can simply get down at New Delhi railway station which has great metro connectivity.
Noida has very convenient connectivity inside the city. You can opt for cycle rikshaws, buses, taxis, auto rikshaws or the best of all the Metro, which is cheap and one does not have the tension of getting stuck in the traffic.
