Cedar Grove Beach, New York City Overview
Cedar Grove Beach is Staten Island’s newest beach and has only been open to the public since 2011.
The beach is relatively unknown and those that know about it get to enjoy a nice secluded beach free from crowds. A few comfort areas and facilities have been added to the beach already and more concession stands, picnic areas and sports facilities are in the process of being added. The beach also has a launch site for canoes and kayaks, which is the perfect activity for the tranquil character of this beach.
