Melaka Wonderland Theme Park, Melaka Overview

Located in Ayer Keroh Melaka, Melaka Wonderland Theme Park & Resort is a water theme park in Malaysia. Surrounded by 360 hectares of tranquil greenery, the water park features 16 attractions including wave pool, adventure island, and water slides. The main highlights are high-speed thrill rides and water rides.

Officially opened on 15 May 2010 by Mohd Ali Rustam (Chief Minister of Malacca), Melaka Wonderland also houses boat rides and dry rides. A souvenir shop is close at hand to the park from where one can collect some extraordinary plush toys as souvenirs.

Attractions at Melaka Wonderland

Tornado Chaser: It is a rotating giant bowl ride followed by a dark tunnel finally leading to a pool.

Kamikaze Racer: It is a 6 lane speed mat race involving the participants to ride alongside all the lanes.

Wave Pool: The pool has rolling waves coming in complemented with a deck space like that at a beach.

Adventure Island: A multi-level combination of 8 slides formed into a playground for kids.

Pedal Boat: Pedal boats are available at the Lake for having a relaxing enjoyable time.

Tube Ride: Tubes are available at the Lake which can hold two people.

Fish Feeding: The visitors can feed the fishes at the Lake at a certain cost.

Rabbit Feeding: The visitors can also enjoy feeding the rabbits at the lakeside.

Anaconda Twist, The Pendulum and Wave Rider are other interesting attractions present in the park.

Need to Know

Wearing the swimwear is mandatory on all attractions and rides.
Diving is not allowed.
Coolers, ice chests, glass containers and food and beverages from outside are not allowed inside the premises.
Food and beverages should not be brought closer than 3 metres from the edge of the pool sides.

How to Reach Melaka Wonderland Theme Park

Melaka Wonderland Theme Park is at a distance of 15 minutes from the Melaka Town and 1.5 hours away from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. It can be reached by renting a car or by hiring a taxi.
