One of the first parks to be established in the city of Los Angeles, the Lincoln Park houses a large lake called the Lincoln Park Lake, originally the East Lake after the park's original name of East Los Angeles Park. The lake has a recreation centre where children and adults come in to play various sports and activities While others who wish to have a quiet day in the park have the option of picnicking with park benches & tables spread across the lawn.
