Namaste Falls is in Bhedetar, about 23 kilometres from Dharan. The waterfall takes its name from the 'namaste' shape it forms as it drops roughly 80 metres down a rocky hillside. The area is remote and largely uninhabited, so carry food and water with you, but the trade-off is an uninterrupted view over the surrounding hills.
Namaste Falls is recognised as a plunge Waterfall. The place is also known for the most number of rainbow sightings. Reaching Namaste Falls requires trekking a distance 2 kilometres or so from Bhedetar. Thus, reaching the attraction can turn out to be a great day-long outing with loved ones.
