Canopy Walkway, Chiang Mai Overview

The Canopy Walkway is one of the prime attractions that was newly inaugurated in 2015 within the Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden. It is a walking trail made of a glass floor and suspended in the air, giving visitors a thrilling opportunity to get a gorgeous roundabout view of the forest, waterfalls, natural life and mountain ranges stretching far into the horizon.

Situated amidst the mountains of Mae Rim district, Canopy Walkway is renowned as the longest suspended Walkway in Thailand. Stretching up to 400 meters and over 20 meters above lush gardens, Canopy Walkway is made of sturdy steel, mesh metal, glass, and fibreglass. The Walkway hosts four viewing platforms, where visitors can admire the views of the Mae Rim jungles and orchids, bromeliads, lotuses, and other beautiful flowers nestled in the gardens below.
