The Orlando Skydiving Center offers you an experience of tandem jumping from a height of 12,000 or even 18,000 feet from the ground. Tandem Jumping is skydiving with a trained instructor with you and is for beginners so that they can enjoy the dive and leave the technical parts to the professionals.

The requirements include the age of 18 or above, an ID card issued by the government and a maximum weight of 220 lbs (or 260 lbs in the case of the 18,000 feet jump, with extra charges for the additional weight). You have to make a reservation with them in advance and the payment is to be made on the day of the jump, and you also have to sign a waiver.

For the experience, you would first attend a 20-minute seminar explaining all important safety points, then you can get on the plane and get strapped up alongside your instructor, then you jump. The freefall itself can let you reach speeds up to 125 mph, then after the parachute is open, you glide leisurely over the beautiful ground and have a view of the ocean for around ten minutes before you land, and you can even purchase a video recording of your trip.

The only drawback, as is with every other spot, is that your activity depends heavily on the current weather, and you may have to reschedule if the conditions are not in your favour.
