    Bathtub had sand in it from previous guests still. Its a small thing but had to clean it before use which wasnt pleasant

    Warm stay with beach view.
    The room was very big, my son even can run around in the room. Liked the bathroom as well, with a big bathtub. Like the show collection in the TV. Love the swimming pool, it was quite big. The best is the private beach, the water is very clear with almost no waves, so it was very safe, even for kids. I could see sunrise from my room too.
    The gym is quite old but decent. The breakfast is so so, so not expect much.

    Get cozy with the sea view room
    It's a cozy area tucked right in front of the beach. Quiet, great for people who wanted peace. The room is really big and comfortable with a super big window that overlooks the amazing sea. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. Do try the canoeing in the morning. The view is just too relaxing and zen.
    They do need to do quite a bit of upgrading. Since its a 5 star hotel, there is a certain expectation. With the upgrading it will be even better. The food also needs some upgrade as well.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
    Lets start with some positive points: 1. Location is Beautiful 2. Room view is very nice 3. Room sizes are bigger than you expect which is really nice.
    Now come to Negative points: Rooms are not soundproofed at all. You can hear loud music playing at pool bar to your room. Sliding door to balcony is awful. Hotel Staff needs a training about what hotel is offering to customers. We had drinks (ORANGE JUICE ONLY) vouchers which we were asked to use at restaurant. And I have ordered myself alcoholic drink and for my partner we ordered Orange Juice so when we tried to redeem that voucher we have been told by restaurant staff that you can redeem that when you checking out at reception. So on day of check out I asked reception staff about same they said restaurant staff is only liable for this redemption. It is not about paying $3-$4 for juice. It is about how loyal you are to your customer. I stayed in Ubud for 4 nights at other hotel. And stayed in this hotel for nights but difference is like earth and sky.
