FALSE ADVERTISING!! The traveler had gotten sick (admitted to the ER) and as they claim they were a 5 star hotel in booking.com, we certainly did not feel that they are worth 5 stars. They did not immediately provide full refund for medical emergency but instead provided a 50% refund or two night stay (our total was 3 nights). We accepted the two night stay but checked out after the first night because the hotel was not so comfortable as they claim as 5 star property on booking.com. This is FALSE ADVERTISING from booking.com and the propertyspart. The room was also facing another bedroom which provided no privacy at all.
The property also keep their reviews high by giving customers incentive hence why they are 9.0 star property. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP!!

Paradise just outside of Ubud
The staff are amazing- warm, genuine and friendly. For Guna, especially, no request was too large. All staff, regardless of their job, were absolutely wonderful. The food was exceptional! We tried the complementary tea and cakes and they were delicious. The (free) morning and afternoon yoga were located on a heavenly platform looking onto the jungle. The trainers were highly knowledgeable and super friendly. The pools were clean and even good for 30m lane swimming beautiful sunbeds, not busy at all, very peaceful. The spa experience was an hour of bliss. Bikes (free) were ok. They allowed us to cycle to the sparkling black sand beach. We didnt want to leave!

Peaceful hotel in Ubud
Very nice and peaceful hotel. Super friendly staff. We enjoyed several complimentary yoga /sound healing/breath working classes and were super happy with it. Also the ubud shuttle is super organised. For the other times grab worked well for us.
Actually the breakfast concept with a la carte menu+buffet is very good. But the management a bit messed up. Even the staff is very friendly, every day we needed to push them to refill empty plates, refill empty dishes etc or for coffee if you don't want wait for 30min.
The gym is useless. It's very tiny and the devices are old and partly broken.
