    Disappointing wouldnt return
    The location was good.
    The rooms were dirty, bedsheets dirty. The showers were not working properly. Gaps under the door into the cottages allowed all bugs to come in if you had the lights on. Very disappointed.

    Amazing and quiet stay in the heart of the city
    Nice staff, perfect location in the heart of Ubud (very busy) but quiet and calm as soon as you get into the hotel. The pool is amazing, the rooms are big and so clean, everything you need is there. Lot of options for breakfast. We had 2 hours massage, 10/10!!!
    Staff is around if youre scared of monkeys

    Nice little Hotel at Ubud Center, but quiet place
    We booked two rooms, one suite and one family room. The suite was nice and clean, only the bed not wide enough( we need minimum 180 cm). The family room at nearly the same price looks tu much used, not as clean as the suite. At the breakfast in the enclosed restaurant a nice little rat visiting us.

    probably the service staff and location
    the room itself was very old and needed massive up keep. very dusty and dirty at the power sockets, lizards in the walls, only one small mirror at the sink (where the light was so dim), very weird blankets (extremely thin, there isnt a proper blanket covering so the inner blanket is exposed and easy to come out. tv was barely working and so small, there was a panting of naked ladies which we were not expecting, id say that the pictures were way better and i was severely disappointed.

    The staff was very friendly and most importantly the location was awesome. It was in the heart of ubud, but when you entered the ubud Inn it was like a tranquil garden. The rooms were large and spacious.
