Disappointing

TOO COLD, TOO STRONG AIR CONDITIONING!!!

The problem is the air conditioning system. Although you can switch off air conditioning in your room it is still extremely cold, because the hotel corridor has such a low temperature that it comes into one's room. We were freezing with. a jersey under the blanket, we had to shower at the highest temperature to get some kind of temperature in our bodies. We had a 2 weeks Asia trip and unfortunately got ill in this hotel. I think there is no right to freeze down the temperature to an extent so that clients get ill.

The staff were incredible. So warm and friendly, amazing customer service.

Smoking and vaping everywhere outside - inadequate no-smoking areas / signage. Smoking area needs to be dedicated and limited and no smoking signs need to be prominent so everyone can enjoy the pool without sucking in second hand fumes. Gross Each morning, our room was dripping wet on the ceiling and walls / mirrors, with big puddles on the floor in the bathroom and entry areas. It was dangerous and we nearly fell over and did some serious damage. Nothing was done to fix it, it was just cleaned up daily. We should have been moved / upgraded / refunded partially. It's either a ventilation issue or a leak upstairs. Our sliding doors didn't close properly, leaving a gap for mosquitoes etc. Patches of water damage / mildew in the room The whole place was looking a little tired and in need of repair. 100% not worth the $450AUD we paid per night.
