Very good

We had a restful stay to cap our hectic Indonesian holiday.

The rooms were spacious. We were a family of three, the bed was big enough to accomodate us without a need for an additional cot. The restaurant staff were very warm and accommodating esp. Anik, Angi and Fanny. Water is served cold but never with ice, which has to be requested. We had an early flight, and they arranged food boxes for us to go. Also enjoyed the massage at the spa.

Location, it was a little too off the road. But if you like quiet, this is ok.

Beautiful gardens, away from the hustle but close enough at the same time. The villa with private pool was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great day spa facilities.

A very minor detail, the lighting in the bathroom, around the mirror could be improved.

The stuff qare so grear hellpfull and smiliy. The room was good and nice view

The ware people working disturbing the sounds from every ware , the room service was not so good they did not change the bed sheet , the dustbin was left for 2 days
