Spa services were good and reasonably priced Rooms were cleaned multiple times a day it seems Room service was good

Breakfast options were limited No aircon in lift Wifi within hotel isnt great and it was difficult to pay with credit cards for some services depending on where you are in the hotel

We had a wonderful stay, location and facilities were great!

Love hotel, great location!

Around the pool area was extremely slippery, I saw numerous people slip over including my husband. Needs non-slip tiles around the pool and grab rails for getting in and out.

The staff were friendly and always helpful. The pool and swim up bar were excellent. The food was great and Mozarella Restaurant was superb.

The perfect way to spend time in Legian, such lovely staff

Super comfortable bed and stunning views of the pool. The hotel spa was a massive plus as well. Nothing was too much effort for the staff, when their own launderette service was closed for Christmas they outsourced it for us which we were so grateful for

Great stay! The staff is superb!!

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. From the time of check-in, the front desk staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful. As a solo traveller, they really made me feel comfortable and gave me some great tips on local shopping and eating places. The location is fabulous and across the beach and walking distance to everything in Legian. The food at the restaurant was excellent every evening I ate there. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. I would certainly come back again!

Excellent hotel in Legian

Love the spacious two bedroom family suite. 2 separate bedrooms with separate toilets are great to provide everyone with their own space. The main bathroom is huge with bathtub. Nice balcony as well with drying rack to dry your swimsuits. There is TV in each bedroom and plenty of channels (CNN, CNA, HBO and other cable tv channels). The usual amenities (toileries, hair dryer, in-room safe, mini fridge). The staffs are friendly and polite. Really happy with their service. The hotel breakfast is served at Mozzarella which is their in-house Italian restaurant. Last order is 10:30am so you must be there latest by 10am. Limited choices but the food is pretty decent. The highlight is the freshly made coffee by their barista. Love their Caff Latte (not bitter, no sour aftertaste and very smooth). They have 2 swimming pools. One at the hotel lobby and another one near the Mozzarella restaurant. The gym is also located near the mozzarella restaurant. 1.3m depth but they have kiddy pools with 60cm depth. We make use of their in-house Visala Spa. Hotel guests received 10% discount for their services. We enjoyed their Balinese massage. Access to beach is through the Mozzarella restaurant, cross the street and you are at the beach. The street is generally empty with the occasional motorbikes. A far cry from my previous stay in Hard Rock Hotel that is located at the always busy Jalan pantai Kuta. Legian beach is a quiter part of Kuta thus its much cleaner as well. If you walk south towards the main Kuta beach, you can see that it will get more crowded and encounter more trash. We went to Beachwalk Mall from the beach and it took us around 30 mins of leisurely walk (we took grab back, I dont recommend walking through the beach when its dark). There is a minimart near the hotel and other restaurants and bars as well.

Fireworks sound from the nearby beach bars can be annoying. I thought it was gunshot at first but then I saw the fireworks. The hotel is stingy with water. Only provide 4 bottles for 5 of us and I have to request for more from housekeeping. It should be 2 bottles of water per pax per day by default.
