Perfect for a holiday stay

Our family including elderly and kids all enjoyed our stay. large private space fits everyone well. All our enquires have been addressed and looked after. Thank you Mini for the wonderful breakfast.

Lovely holiday, will definitely come back.

Service excellence. Staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely happy to help. Villa and pool were clean consistently.

There is nothing negative about our experience. We enjoyed everything.

Do not recommend this property to anyone. Unprofessional & untrained staff managing the property

The staff at the Villa was very junior and not trained. They asked us for the payment at the time of check-in even though full payment was done a month in advance and re-confirmed over e-mail with them. They made us wait for more than an hour for check-in even though we reached in the evening. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and the air-conditioning system was not working. The room size was small and the extra bed did not have mosquito net. They later said that they can put the mosquito net for the extra bed but then we cannot use the fan. And the AC was not working. It was really sad and we checked out the next day even though we had booked for 04 nights.

Very private and safe. Felt like a little slice of heaven hidden in the main part of seminyak

The bathroom partially outdoors, which means no air con in the bathroom, if thats something thats important to you, then please note this :)

- Nice big villas - Relatively center of Seminyak area, nice restaurants, cafes, supermarket are close by. Beach is 15-20 mins walk away - Your own butler for each villa, making breakfast for you every day - Very friendly and attentive staff trying to make al the guests happy.

- unfortunately we had cockroaches in our villa, first we found them in kitchen one night. Then another evening in the bathroom. I guess you can imagine how disturbing it was when you trying to take a shower. - breakfast menu is quite limited, after 2-3 days it feels like you tasted everything. - even though it was cleaned daily, pool got dirty very quickly. - Our villa was a bit far away from the main road. So need to walk 5-7 mins only to get out. Maybe good to have some golf carts to bring guests to the main road and back.

Great location, clean and staff are amazing. Would not recommend getting breakfast for more than 1-2days! However villa

Very spacious. The architecture of the vila was fabulous! The staffs clean the pool daily and put on insect repellent every night. They were also very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The yoga class was one of the highlights!

Since they dont have a restaurant, the quality of the breakfast is not as good for what you pay, compared to other villas/resort that have breakfasts buffet options.

A++ Service and Location

The service was perfect. Cipta our breakfast chef was a true gentleman. Kind, hospitable and generous. The Villa is close enough to the busy areas of Seminyak to walk but far enough to not be overwhelmed by the crowds.

I'm sure there are newer villas but at this price point and level of service I would come back again.
