Superbly well located property with very friendly and courteous staff

Room size & friendly nature of the staff. The breakfast spread was okay but not great. The central location of the property was perfect.

The gym was very dull with no towels or drinking cups. The restaurant on level 10 seemed understaffed as tables weren't cleaned promptly and simple things like coffee took too long to arrive.

Very good

Over all good place to stay one or two days for business trip.

Location was good.

Entrance to Hotel is back side of building. Inside room - Specially Bathroom accesories not upto the mark. Inside Almirah Hanger holder typical design. Further, smaller things they did to make some extra money.

Very well located Staff was good

We checked into a room and the AC wasn't working....we complained and they moved us into another room....there too the AC wasn't working satisfactorily Overall it wasn't a very pleasant stay

I was charged the complete hotel booking charge with out actually staying in the hotel.i Inspite of requesting for cancellation the hotel charged me the fee so not happy with the service at all !
