A beautiful villa with a perfect private pool to relax.

Private pool was amazing. Very secluded from other people and the road Day spa available Breakfast included / room service Cafe available

Unfortunately there was construction in the property next door every day. Intermittent hammering and noises was a tranquility killer. Alcohol available was limited to beer Wifi was not the best

Stunning stay. Beyond our expectations

The villa was amazing, and the staff were super helpful and friendly- especially Dewa, Cythnia, and Gisna. The villa was huge, clean, and the private pool was stunning. The staff organised everything for us, including meals, tours of the local sights with Nyoman (who was the best tour guide), and a hike up mount Batur. The massages were the best we have ever had. We booked in for daily massages. The breakfast were beautiful and we enjoyed eating them in our villa by the pool. Would absolutely come back again.

The receptionist tried to convince me I had underpaid for my stay when paying in cash. Very pushy I did not have the correct amount, which she counted in front of me. Wasnt until my partner walked up to the counter that the story changed to it being sufficient. Not happy when someone tries to scam me

It was ok. not bad but not great too specially for their price wouldn't comeback tho.

I did like that they placed us on the room with a covered view (like a jungle) with lots of trees. The path/hallway going towards the room was very beautiful, the staff was very nice. I also LOVE that they have a cafe Infront that has a very relaxing vibe, nice aesthetic and most of all good coffee.

The only downside tho is that the photo's in booking is not updated. We were expecting a rice paddy view but there was none it was dry paddies and instead of rice paddies there were now houses and other villas. it would have been ok coz its inevitable, but they should have given us heads up and not give false hopes in the photos. Also, the villa said it's a spa so we thought that they would have great SPA facility but nah its quite disappointing. the massage therapist was great just not the facility tho especially that the place has a SPA on their name. It was very basic one open room with bed tub and table. no privacy, no amenities, no relaxation. it was also very bright not at all welcoming for people that are shy about their body we have a joint massage with my partner and there is no bathroom no curtain to separate no changing room. ITS BASICALLY A STUDIO ROOM (for massage).

The location

The pool was not private as the view of outside allowed public construction workers to look in. The shower had ants and other bugs in side. The hot water stopped for the bath. The mosquito net for the bed had holes in it.

Quiet and peaceful stay!

Location perfect and super quite far from traffic and noise , just sound of nature and animals ( lots of frogs lol) , staff was really friendly, smiling, available and kind.Room with the access to the big patio with all the privacy (except formspme dice field worker passing by sometimes) and nice big pool to chill was perfect in the morning of late bath in the evening, bathroom nice and comfy , there is also a small cafe/restaurant in front of the property if you want to grab a coffee or food. Really good

Everything was perfect , just the fence that divide the property with the rice fields was ruin a bit the landscape from the room,
