great food, ambiance, pool and beach access. They did a wonderful Happy Birthday surprise display on the bed for my son.

Superb

Beautiful Bali and Hotel. Will definitely return.

The hotel grounds were very spacious and the gardens were beautiful. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic gym facility. The swimming pools were lovely and the beach access is right there.

The only problem was our room was very dark. It was on the ground floor. The lighting in the room wasnt great.

Enjoyable but with some frustrations

Great location and facilities were quite nice. Service was generally good

The hotel seemed overwhelmed when we checked in, and we couldnt access our room until at least one hour after check in time. Despite requesting interconnecting rooms, the hotel did not advise us this was not possible with our room types until we checked in, which made it difficult while trying to manage children in one room. Almost every hotel now has a Nespresso machine in their rooms; I suggest this would be a valuable addition

Great mix of hyatt reliability with local twist. Great restaurants and surprisingly still peaceful pool and beach sun side.

Beach towels to be renewed very soon please.

Very good

Grounds are well laid out. pool is great with lots of shade, beach side acces with no road in between is perfect. Sanur is great as it has local shops with no noise from bars etc.

Hotel bikes should be Free for guests, i know its only3500 per hour, but still.

Rooms were lovely. Gardens are beautiful. The concierge and check in staff were very helpful.

That the pool closes at 7pm. Not sure why since they are not located near the rooms. Food service by the pool is terrible. They forgot my order 2 days in a row. First time didn't bother chasing.. 2nd time took 2 hours after I had asked 3 different people. Ordered at 2.20pm. It arrived by 4.20pm. Same day my brother also only had half his order bought out after waiting 30mins. Then had to wait another 30mins for rest to be bought out. Not a huge big deal but expected better service than this. Room clean wasn't done until 4pm one day, 3.30pm the next. Again not major, but generally by 4pm I was ready to be back in my room for a shower and freshen up and had to wait.
