Not 5 star!!

Loved the large pool and swim up bar. Right on the beach with lots of water sports available.

Definitely not 5 star, its looking rather tired. Air con in the room was not cold enough, we had to sleep on top of the covers most nights as it was too warm in our room. The bed creeped every time you moved on it which was annoying. The room was overlooking a building that had been abandoned and was not nice to sit out and look at it. Pool was very big but needed a lot of maintenance as there were missing tiles everywhere and the jacuzzi area wasnt working and looks like they cant be bothered to fix it. Lots of water sports on the beach but there was an over powering smell of petrol from the speed boats which was unpleasant. The beach itself is not nice, full of seaweed, the only nice thing is that when the tide goes out you can walk over the sand to explore. This Hotel was very expensive for what we got. Unfortunately I wont be coming back to this Hotel. The staff were very friendly though, but most in Bali are.

Hotel overall is good but booking.com service is Bad.

Staff are very friendly We paid to upgrade from deluxe to deluxe Garden and deluxe Garden room much bigger and extra large bed. Bathroom come with big bathtub , it's good when travel with children.

We didn't get our welcome drink when we check in. And went to spa also not like service from 5 star hotel. Massage is good just the welcome and explanation part need to be improve. The most disappointing part is is from booking.com price. We booked in advance..supposed to have better rate than last minute. We gotta to know last minute price cheaper than our booking fees..about RM700++ different. For same category and T&C. And booking.com customer service they don't give clear instructions in the beginning and made us waste time to clarify with them.

Benoa Bay rocks!

Location was perfect with beachfront and adjacent pool. Close to eating places and the lagoon.

The hotel is old, with fixtures needing an upgrade. Rooms are large but have old dark furniture and wall fittings.

Mooi hotel van betere klasse.

Nice and quiet hotel. Breakfast in clean environment. My wife got sick and staff brought her breakfast some hot tea and extra bottles of Aqua. Japanese style toilet in room + Spacious room. Modern Samsung tv that could connect to your Samsung mobile phone.

Satisfaction

Breakfast is simple food in both Western and Indonesian, Japanese too. Pool is clean everyday and well maintained. Deluxe room facing opposite side of the other row of rooms is better then facing an uncompleted building,which is not a pleasant view.

Surrounding area F&B is limited.Hotel only serving Italian and Japanese,which would be good to have some local Balinese food if the cafe can be opened for lunch or dinner.
