Beautiful and relaxing, but need more affordable options for families

Absolutely the location. The internet photos were a true reflection of the rooms overlooking the river. The proximity was breathtaking.

As a family we could only afford a few treatments. Other retreats we have been to offered more activities for free. The off site activities were triple the cost of organising it ourselves. Eg rafting, water temple

A piece of heaven!

Everything about Fivelements is exceptional...The staff are extraordinary, the thread of love and service runs through the whole retreat and is palpable. The spa treatments were incredible with careful attention to detail, having healers as therapists makes such a difference. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and the food is delicious. Thank you to every staff member for this memorable experience.

Location, ambiance, riverside suite, beautiful and well maintained territory, comfy beds, no mosquitos, quiet rooms, everything in fact

Breakfast and the food generally. The resort is vegan which I think is a bit strange since its not a small boutique type of a hotel. Ok, even if the food is vegan it should not turn into a heavily carb based diet. For breakfast you get a choice of fruit dishes and bowls and 1 savoury dish like sweet potato (which is basically again some heavy starchy stuff) in case you don't like fruit or cereals for breakfast. I personally do not like sweet / fruity / starchy stuff for breakfast so ordered something from the lunch menu, some spring rolls which were very basic and average quality for the general level of the place.

Beautiful oasis to de stress!

The staff, the food was amazing! We arent vegan but we throughly enjoyed the food so much so we thought it was better than the other places wed eaten. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfasts were great too!

Not the hotels fault but there was a noisy neighbour one night we had to go and tell them to be quiet well into the night!

Very nice hotel in the nature with outstanding food

Super nice food. Even I love meat, I enjoyed the vegan experience. They have a big range of food and a daily changing breakfast menu. The junge Bungalows are fantastic.
