Literally everything.

Access to the property was a little tricky but I guess it's possibly because of some new road work coming along.

Great stay

I loved the exceptional service from the staff and cleanliness of the property. Fitness center can be improvised as this property seems to be perfect for a long stay. Basic machines & better weight plates would be a great add on. Another exceptional factor is the amazing food they serve for all three meals. Overall perfect stay .

Nothing to dislike only needs improvement as requested above.

Overall not a good experience.

Breakfast was very good. Room was small and clean. Location not so good.

Unprofessional attitude of staff. There was a problem with the a/c; they were not unable to fix the problem after more than 2 hours of trying in two attempts. Then I had to ask for a room change, which they provided. That would have been the end of it. At 10:10 pm (when I was sleeping and recovering from jet lag) they rang my doorbell and offered dinner as compensation for the inconvenience, which I politely declined. At the outset this gesture was made with good intention, but a professional thing would be to ask first and ask what the customer would like to eat. And ask via text messaging (we had exchanged messages earlier) or even call on phone prior to ringing the door bell. All these after I had dinner at 7:30 pm that was ordered from the hotel restaurant and the staff offering dinner at 10:10 pm had seen me eating at 7:30 pm in the room that had a/c issues.

Four Star experience with Five Star price tag

Excellent Staff. Housekeeping was impeccable and gave a wonderful personal touch. F&B team was kind and very prompt. Gym was clean and equipment was adequate.

Number of items on the menu was not available. In room dining called back multiple times to apologize that items ordered were out of stock Damp smell in the room and corridors. Housekeeping promptly helped freshen the room. Breakfast - Salad options were poor, lettuce was wilted. The junior suit was cramped and felt like a normal room was just divided. Leaving both rooms cramped. Simply didnt feel like a Marriot
