Superb

Perfect stay with an infant

Perfect stay with a 10 month old baby. Pools were warm and shaded. Playroom cool with super friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing.

My partner and I cant wait to be back!

I would say that pretty much everything, the pool, the spa, the gym, the restaurants, the rooms, the gardens, everything!

I have no complaints about the property. The staff is doing an incredible job of keeping the property in pristine condition.

Disappointing

The facilities were relatively new and the pillows were comfy. Their staff were easy to communicate with.

Our room was by no means soundproofing. We could hear people from the next room and the lobby talking very clearly. Unacceptable.

Favourite place to stay in Bali

This is our second time staying and we absolutely love it. One of the larger pools has heaps of shade and the lazy river is awesome. Breakfast is good and the staff were all so lovely :D Hope to come back again soon!

Pool and general landscaping - really amazing Great offer for breakfast, huge variety Great and safe location

This place is not cleaned as per 5* hotel requirements - dirty glasses, plates, room cleaning was done superficially The a la carte meals from the 2 restaurants are not at 5* level, quite pricey and not very good
