Lovely guesthouse with peaceful garden and pool

Very close to the main road, restaurants and cafes. However located down a quiet little lane so felt very peaceful and quiet. Lovely gardens and pool- it felt like we were in a green jungle. Room was nice and spacious.

The inclusion of breakfast was a bit unclear. We thought we had included it in our booking but it actually wasn't included. So my only suggestion is that breakfast is included for everyone as it makes the stay more enjoyable.

The only thing that was good about this property was the pool and the location, which was right off one of the main roads - walking distance to shops and restaurants.

First impression was bad as it felt like we were walking in to a construction site, with workers staring at us and items everywhere on the ground. It did not feel pleasant to walk into. Of course there may be times of maintenance but that should have been mentioned when booking. Bedsheets did not feel clean and both of us had a blocked nose from sleeping in dusty sheets. The bathroom was not even close to clean with mould and dirt everywhere and a broken drain. Staff was not being very welcoming or helpful and sometimes even quite rude.

Comfortable bed

The pool was lovely, the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were equipped with TV with English channels, light dimmers and fridge.

The bathroom could use a deep clean but really it wasn't that bad.

A nice oasis in the centre of Ubud

The pool and grounds were great, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage for my stuff

The bathroom was basic, kept having to ask for toilet roll as it was never stocked up

The pool was great. Bed was comfortable Location was great

Staff were miserable I caught the young women kicking the dog in the face one early morning. Never got room cleaned in 4 days. Room was dirty when arrived not cleaned no toilet roll nothing. Really dirty smelly rundown joint.x
