Superb

Amazing staff and service, everyone is welcoming and know you by your name. Location is amazing, right in the town centre, however, it's really quiet, you can't feel it.

Does need proper kitchenette facilities and washing machine. We had to ask for a microwave, no dishes were provided other then kettle for tea and coffee.

I requested a quiet room but they checked me in a room right next to a road with too much noise. Other rooms might be quiet but I don't know.

Perfect stay

Staff are brilliant. Friendly and efficient. Breakfast is huge and yummy! Just a lovely place to stay.

The only thing would be the plunge pool. It was very cold and the surrounds lack a bit of a feel.....its a bit sterile.

Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location of the property, the service and helpfulness of the staff. Its situated close to some amazing bars and restaurants. The pool is lovely and the food fabulous. The room is tastefully decorated and thoroughly clean. I would stay here again and again.

Great location, walking distance to everywhere I needed to go. I got a pool villa and my first one wasn't amazing but after 2 nights I asked to move and the second was perfect. Better layout and I preferred the indoor shower and toilet to the outdoor. Really attentive room cleaning and turndown service which is nice. I really enjoyed my overall stay here

The Villa pool area in my first villa wasn't very clean. Not enough care taken to clean the corners and ridges where build up of maybe mould was. The pool villa pool chairs had really old blue towel material covers on them. They were a turn off in terms of wanting to lay on them and just really didn't look good. It wouldn't cost much to replace them. The curtains were great at blocking light but they had detached from the rails in several places which looked messy. They need a spruce up. First bed had pillows that were yellowing inside and I could smell a sweat smell from them. Didn't happen in the second room. The bed was 2 king singles pushed together. Being alone I can sleep on one side but if I had my partner there I wouldn't be happy as I was there for so long.
