Superb

Great accomodation located close to Ubud center

Good size room with a poolside balcony. The room was very clean and well presented. The buffet breakfast had a nice spread with pleanty to choose from. The staff was very helpful and always greets you with a big smile. The two pools were very clean and well maintained. The location is not bad with roughly 10 mins walk to Ubud center.

Its so beautiful, theyalso upgrade my room to a better room. The staff is so helpful, I didn't receive myluggage and they were calling the airport for status, very very nice. they also have free shuttle bus to the city center.

Very very average stay - you get what you pay for

The waffles and pancakes at breakfast was a highlight. The hotel is a short walk from the center of Ubud and they provide a shuttle service. The pool area and pool lovely after a long day. For what you pay and being close to Ubud town its a good option.

The gym equipment not all working and no towels provided, cant really use the facility. The pool bar has a staff member but its an awkward ordering process where he has to place the order with the main restaurant- easier to just order with them directly. The breakfast food very very basic, the pancakes and waffles the best to order. simple things like the toaster not working but switched on and left there every morning and when trying to use it the staff tells you its broken.

Check in : very good efficient. Location : easy to find. Rooms : clean spacious, everything works in the room . Comfortable. Quiet. Swimming pool : clean and nice Restaurant: good clean delicious food. Breakfast was top notch. Staff and service : excellent. Friendly. Helpful. Overall its a good hotel. I would recommend. Price is reasonable. Thank you from guests of 1208 1209 18/12/23 to 22/12/23
