Breakfast service staff was only roaming around without serving water or requested Coffee. Requested coffee two three times which took almost half hour for servers to get.

Amazing staff and managers !

Deepa Rai is an exceptional manager who helped me with anything I needed - all the way from ordering cab to getting my food order , to ensuring I was very comfortable. The staff and managers are simply incredible and are ready to help and support at a drop of a hat.

Great food, good localisation. Hotel looks very clean and rooms are in great condition. Very professional staff. Special thanks to Bavith, who gave us some advices at the beginning of our trip and was always ready to help and to give some advices.

quite expensive, but it's worth it

Rooms, cleaning, food, personnel attitude, swimming pool, gym - everything was perfect.

If you require something unusual, you must ensure that your request is understood, accepted, and fulfilled. We arrived in Bengaluru late at night, so I called twice to the hotel to ask them to prepare our room, but when we arrived at the hotel, our rooms weren't ready. Nevertheless, the hotel managers try to do their best to help us. Also, I called reception and asked them to bring us an HDMI cable. After a while manager brought us the charging cable for iPhone %)
